RECONDITIONING

We have always believed that our customers will come see us again and refer their friends to us if we sell them a great car. The way to do this is to make sure the cars are clean, safe, and reliable. Atlantic Auto Exchange does not have a service department. We could employ experts in every make of car we sell and stock all the parts, but that would be incredibly hard to do. Therefore we send our cars to local specialty shops that have factory trained technicians and access to all the parts needed for repairs. They check our cars from bumper to bumper for safety and dependability related problems that we can address before the car is ever offered for sale. All cars also have to pass a NC Safety and Emissions test as is required in this state. We also have all the cars professionally detailed and take care of minor cosmetic problems.

We know a successful business requires happy customers and we want to earn your business.


CONSIGNMENT

If you don't want to trade your car in and you don't want the hassle of selling it yourself, we offer a consignment program that takes all the work out of selling your car. If you have a clean import or sports car that fits our standards we can do all the marketing, detailing, appointments, test drives, and title work that it takes to succesfully complete a sale. You can go back to your normal life and wait for the call from us that it is SOLD.

FINANCING

Great rates and terms are available on the cars we sell. We can take applications for the following institutions and get a quote for you, or we can provide you with a buyers invoice that you can take to your own bank to arrange your financing.

WARRANTIES AND SERVICE CONTRACTS

We include a 3 month, 3,000 mile drivetrain warranty on all eligible cars we sell. It is good nationwide.

You can also protect yourself from unexpected, major repair costs down the road with a long term service contract. You can have coverage for up to three years with unlimited mileage from the time you buy the car. There is also a program that extends the coverage on a vehicle that is still under a factory warranty. The coverage is good nationwide and at the shop of your choice. These programs vary in cost based on the age and miles of the vehicle and we will be happy to provide a quote on the coverage you desire and go over the details of the coverage. They can save you from some major unexpected out of pocket expenses.
